Global Citizen Future plans to open and operate a Charity Hospital, with an aim to provide best quality medical care to the underserved population of Lahore. We plan to provide both inpatient and outpatient health care services including preventive care, emergent and non-emergent medical care, prenatal care, labor and delivery and non-emergent surgical care including orthopedic and general surgical care.
The plan includes building a 25 bed hospital, over 5000 ft.² constructed over multiple phases.
At the completion of phase 1:
We plan to secure the land by the end of the year 2020, with the estimated cost of $200,000.
At the completion of phase 2:
We plan to start outpatient preventive and medical services including free medical care to the needy patients.
Outpatient clinic will be ready to operate by the year 2022, with the total estimated cost of $200,000.
We plan to hire two qualified, licensed physicians and two qualified, registered nurse for staffing.
The total operative cost will be $3000 per month.
Medicare care will be provided 24 hours a day, to children, adults and elderly, including preventive services and treatment of minor illnesses including minor trauma
At the completion of phase 3:
We plan to open a full service emergency room.
Emergency room would be ready to operate by the year 2022, with a total estimated cost of $300,000.
The emergency room will provide services for emergency medical conditions including emergency services for minor trauma.
The total running cost for the emergency room will be $4000 per month.
At the completion of phase 4:
Both medical and surgical inpatient units/towards the wound be opened by a year 2023 with a total estimated cost of $200,000.
Inpatient units will hold 25 beds including surgical and medical beds.
Total operating cost for inpatient units will be $5000 per month.
At the completion of phase 5:
Labor and delivery services will be fully operated by the year 2023, with a total estimated cost of $300,000.
We intend to have qualified and experienced anesthesiologist and 2 licensed obstetricians to operate our fully equipped labor and delivery units and operating rooms, with the operating cost of $6000 per month.
Labor and delivery unit will provide quality prenatal services, labor and delivery services including normal deliveries, C-sections as well as postnatal care to both mother and baby.
At the completion of phase 6:
Both general and orthopedic surgical unit will be for the operating by the year 2024 with a total estimated cost of $400,000.
The surgical unit will be operated by 2 qualified unlicensed surgeons providing emergent general and orthopedic surgeries.
The total operating cost for the surgical unit will be $4000 per month.
At the completion of phase 7:
Fully functioning hematology and chemistry lab should be in place by a year 2025 with the total estimated cost of $300,000.
At the completion of phase 8:
We plan to open medical neonatal intensive care units.
The hospital hopes to be self sustained by the year 2026.
